Most of PPBOXY’s catalog shows standard products \u2014 boxes, sheets, signs, dividers \u2014 available in defined sizes and configurations. This page is about what happens when your requirement does not fit a standard product. You have a drawing, a 3D model, a sample, or a concept. PPBOXY has the manufacturing capability to turn it into a polypropylene corrugated product at production scale.<\/p>\n

Our Shandong facility operates CNC routing, die-cutting, scoring and folding, heat bending, hot air and ultrasonic welding, UV digital and screen printing, and manual assembly lines \u2014 all working with PP corrugated sheet from 2 to 12 mm thickness. We manufacture custom products for logistics, agriculture, industry, advertising, retail, automotive, medical, and consumer goods customers across 30+ countries.<\/p>\n

The Custom Development Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Step 1: Inquiry & Specification<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You send us your requirement \u2014 a CAD file (STEP, DXF, DWG), a dimensioned drawing (PDF, sketch), a physical sample, or a written specification. Include: dimensions, quantity, material grade (standard \/ UV \/ FR \/ ESD \/ food-grade), color, printing requirements, and any special features.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Feasibility & Quotation<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our engineering team reviews your specification for manufacturability in PP corrugated. We may suggest modifications to optimize for PP’s material properties \u2014 fold radii, weld locations, wall thickness, structural reinforcement. You receive a quotation with unit pricing at your target volume, tooling costs (if applicable), and lead time.<\/p>\n

Step 3: Prototype<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For new designs, we manufacture a prototype unit for your approval. You evaluate fit, function, and appearance. Revisions are incorporated at this stage \u2014 design changes after production tooling is complete are more costly.<\/p>\n

Step 4: Production<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Approved designs enter production. PPBOXY provides batch-level quality inspection, material certifications, and export documentation. Repeat orders use the same validated tooling and processes \u2014 no redesign required.<\/p>\n

Step 5: Shipping<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Products are packed flat or assembled per your specification, palletized, and shipped via sea or air freight. ISPM-15 exemption applies \u2014 PP requires no wood packaging treatment. We handle export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.<\/p>\n

Accepted formats: CAD files (STEP, DXF, DWG \u2014 preferred for 3D geometry), dimensioned drawings (PDF), photographs of existing products with dimensions, physical samples (courier to our Shandong address), or written specifications with sketches. For complex multi-component assemblies, CAD files with an assembly drawing produce the most accurate quotation.<\/p>\n

Q: Can you print logos, branding, or graphics on custom products?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes. PPBOXY offers UV digital printing (full-color, photo-quality, suitable for 1\u20131,000+ units) and screen printing (solid colors, most economical for high volumes). Print-ready artwork should be supplied as vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) with fonts outlined. Pre-production digital proofs are provided at no charge.<\/p>\n
