PPBOXY’s accessory box is fabricated from twin-wall corrugated polypropylene with a living-hinge swing lid. The hinge is a continuous PP web — not a mechanical joint — so there are no metal pins to rust, no rivets to loosen, and no lubrication required. The lid swings open with one hand and stays open during part retrieval. When closed, the box body and lid form a rigid enclosure that stacks securely with other boxes.
The PP material is impact-resistant (survives drops from workbench height), abrasion-resistant (edges don’t fray from repeated part insertion and removal), and chemically resistant (unaffected by cutting fluids, lubricants, and cleaning solvents common in manufacturing environments).
