Customized Products — You Design It. We Manufacture It.
Most of PPBOXY’s catalog shows standard products — boxes, sheets, signs, dividers — available in defined sizes and configurations. This page is about what happens when your requirement does not fit a standard product. You have a drawing, a 3D model, a sample, or a concept. PPBOXY has the manufacturing capability to turn it into a polypropylene corrugated product at production scale.
Our Shandong facility operates CNC routing, die-cutting, scoring and folding, heat bending, hot air and ultrasonic welding, UV digital and screen printing, and manual assembly lines — all working with PP corrugated sheet from 2 to 12 mm thickness. We manufacture custom products for logistics, agriculture, industry, advertising, retail, automotive, medical, and consumer goods customers across 30+ countries.
The process is simple: you send us your specification. We prototype. You approve. We produce. There is no minimum order quantity for prototype development.

The common thread: every product started as a customer drawing or concept. None existed in PPBOXY’s standard catalog before the first order. If you have a concept that uses PP corrugated sheet, contact us.
The Custom Development Process
Step 1: Inquiry & Specification
You send us your requirement — a CAD file (STEP, DXF, DWG), a dimensioned drawing (PDF, sketch), a physical sample, or a written specification. Include: dimensions, quantity, material grade (standard / UV / FR / ESD / food-grade), color, printing requirements, and any special features.
Step 2: Feasibility & Quotation
Our engineering team reviews your specification for manufacturability in PP corrugated. We may suggest modifications to optimize for PP’s material properties — fold radii, weld locations, wall thickness, structural reinforcement. You receive a quotation with unit pricing at your target volume, tooling costs (if applicable), and lead time.
Step 3: Prototype
For new designs, we manufacture a prototype unit for your approval. You evaluate fit, function, and appearance. Revisions are incorporated at this stage — design changes after production tooling is complete are more costly.
Step 4: Production
Approved designs enter production. PPBOXY provides batch-level quality inspection, material certifications, and export documentation. Repeat orders use the same validated tooling and processes — no redesign required.
Step 5: Shipping
Products are packed flat or assembled per your specification, palletized, and shipped via sea or air freight. ISPM-15 exemption applies — PP requires no wood packaging treatment. We handle export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
Preguntas frecuentes
Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity for custom products?
No minimum for prototype development — we manufacture single units for design validation. Production MOQ depends on the manufacturing process: typically 50 units for simple die-cut products, 200–500 units for products requiring custom tooling (die-cutting dies, welding jigs, printing screens). Contact us with your design for a process-specific MOQ.
Q: How do I send you my design?
Accepted formats: CAD files (STEP, DXF, DWG — preferred for 3D geometry), dimensioned drawings (PDF), photographs of existing products with dimensions, physical samples (courier to our Shandong address), or written specifications with sketches. For complex multi-component assemblies, CAD files with an assembly drawing produce the most accurate quotation.
Q: How long does custom development take?
Prototype: 5–10 business days from receipt of specification. Production: 15–30 business days depending on complexity, volume, and current production schedule. Rush service is available — contact us with your timeline requirement.
Q: Can you print logos, branding, or graphics on custom products?
Yes. PPBOXY offers UV digital printing (full-color, photo-quality, suitable for 1–1,000+ units) and screen printing (solid colors, most economical for high volumes). Print-ready artwork should be supplied as vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) with fonts outlined. Pre-production digital proofs are provided at no charge.
Q: What if my product idea is not a box, sheet, or sign?
That is exactly what this page is for. PPBOXY manufactures wire spools, trash cans, briefcases, display stands, industrial components, and products that do not fit any standard category. If it can be made from PP corrugated sheet using the processes listed in H2-2, we can manufacture it. Send us your concept — the stranger the better.
Q: I have a product that uses PP sheet but I need a manufacturer. Is that you?
If your product is made from PP corrugated (twin-wall) sheet, yes — PPBOXY is a manufacturer, not a trading company. We extrude the PP sheet at our Shandong facility and fabricate it into finished products in the same location. This vertical integration means you deal directly with the factory that makes both the material and the finished product — faster communication, lower cost, and single-source quality responsibility.
