Q: What is the standard sheet size?
The industry standard is 1,220 × 2,440 mm (4 × 8 ft). PPBOXY also supplies custom-cut sheets to your exact dimensions — common custom widths include 1,000 mm, 1,220 mm, and 1,560 mm, with lengths up to 6,000 mm. Custom sizes typically require a minimum order of 100 sheets.
Q: What is the difference between corrugated PP sheet and solid PP sheet?
Corrugated PP sheet has a twin-wall fluted structure — two flat skins connected by parallel internal ribs. This provides high rigidity-to-weight ratio at 40–60% less weight than solid PP sheet. Solid PP sheet is a homogeneous, non-corrugated panel — heavier, more expensive, but machinable and suitable for permanent fixtures. Choose corrugated for signage, packaging, and protection where weight matters. Choose solid for CNC-machined parts and permanent installations.

Standard 4×8 ft sheets in common thicknesses and colors have no minimum order — single sheets are available. Custom sizes, colors, or grades typically require 100–500 sheets MOQ depending on the customization. Sample packs (one sheet each of multiple thicknesses) are available for evaluation.
Q: Can PP sheets be printed on?
Yes. PP sheets accept UV digital printing, screen printing, and flexographic printing. Signage-grade sheets receive corona treatment (≥ 38 dyne) during extrusion to enable ink adhesion. Printing is available on single or both sides.
