PP Sheet — Start Here. Eight Sheet Types, One Material, One Manufacturer.
“PP sheet” is the broadest possible search term in the polypropylene materials category. A buyer searching this term could be looking for a 3 mm corrugated sign board, a 10 mm honeycomb structural panel, a 4×8 ft hollow sheet for packaging fabrication, or a flame-retardant sheet for construction partitioning. They share one material — polypropylene — but differ in structure, thickness, density, surface finish, and application.
PPBOXY manufactures every major PP sheet type at our Shandong production facility. This page is a navigation hub: use the comparison table below to identify which sheet type matches your project, then follow the link to the relevant detail page for full specifications, FAQs, and ordering information.

常见问题解答
Q: What type of PP sheet should I order?
The answer depends on three things: your application (signage, packaging, construction, industrial), your thickness requirement, and whether you need a special grade (flame-retardant, food-grade, ESD). Use the quick-selection tables in H2-1 and H2-2 above to narrow down your options, then visit the linked detail page for full specifications. If you are still unsure, contact PPBOXY with your project description and we will recommend the optimal sheet type and grade.
Q: What is the standard sheet size?
The industry standard is 1,220 × 2,440 mm (4 × 8 ft). PPBOXY also supplies custom-cut sheets to your exact dimensions — common custom widths include 1,000 mm, 1,220 mm, and 1,560 mm, with lengths up to 6,000 mm. Custom sizes typically require a minimum order of 100 sheets.
Q: What is the difference between corrugated PP sheet and solid PP sheet?
Corrugated PP sheet has a twin-wall fluted structure — two flat skins connected by parallel internal ribs. This provides high rigidity-to-weight ratio at 40–60% less weight than solid PP sheet. Solid PP sheet is a homogeneous, non-corrugated panel — heavier, more expensive, but machinable and suitable for permanent fixtures. Choose corrugated for signage, packaging, and protection where weight matters. Choose solid for CNC-machined parts and permanent installations.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard 4×8 ft sheets in common thicknesses and colors have no minimum order — single sheets are available. Custom sizes, colors, or grades typically require 100–500 sheets MOQ depending on the customization. Sample packs (one sheet each of multiple thicknesses) are available for evaluation.
Q: Can PP sheets be printed on?
Yes. PP sheets accept UV digital printing, screen printing, and flexographic printing. Signage-grade sheets receive corona treatment (≥ 38 dyne) during extrusion to enable ink adhesion. Printing is available on single or both sides. For detailed printing specifications, visit the relevant sheet type page — each detail page includes printing compatibility information specific to that sheet grade.
